Refund Policy
1) Do you offer Return or Exchange for a product?
At Acriya, we have an Exchange Policy but do not offer returns. We highly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an order. Exchanges are only accepted if reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear and unedited opening video in case of any damage.
Please note that products purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or using a coupon/gift voucher are not eligible for exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The item must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.
2) What is the Refund Policy?
We do not provide refunds. In case of damage, you can opt for an exchange with a different design or receive store credit by providing a clear opening video as proof.
Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a voucher code, which can be used at checkout under the "Use Discount Code or Gift Voucher" section. If you face any issues applying the code, please email us at helpacriyastudio8@gmail.com
3) Do you provide a reverse pickup facility for exchanges?
Yes, we offer a reverse pickup facility at a charge of INR 200. Once you request a reverse pickup, our team will send you a payment link, and the pickup will be scheduled only after the payment has been made.
4) Is Express Delivery available?

5) Can I cancel my order?
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

6) My garment does not fit. What can I do?
If your product does not fit, you can request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.
For size exchange, please email us at helpacriyastudio8@gmail.com A courier fee of INR 200 is applicable for the exchange process.
7) Why was my exchange request not accepted?
We do not accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
- If the customer does not like the material or color of the outfit. (We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and images before ordering.)
- If the product has been used, washed, or is missing original tags/packaging.
8) Can I return a product purchased from the sale section?
No, items purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for return or exchange.
9) Do you have a Refund Policy?
No, we do not offer refunds. If the desired size for exchange is out of stock, you will receive a credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
